Your choice of wrap with homemade chips and side salad. Choose from:
- Thai Beef: roast beef marinated in sesame sauce, thick rice noodles, green beans and carrot
- Veggie: assorted fresh vegetables with rice and salsa
- Chicken Caesar: classic grilled chicken in our own caesar dressing with romaine lettuce
- Chicken Perk: chicken breast with mango chutney, red & green cabbage, peanuts

Delicious fresh baked bread and side salad. Your choice of:
- Fontina & Cappocollo Ham with pesto on chibatta
- Tuna Artichoke with black olive spread on pumpernickel
- Roasted Veg with goat cheese on pumpernickel
- Cuban Pulled Pork oven roasted ham, swiss cheese, sliced dill pickle on chibatta
Salads $8.95
A full serving of one of our specialty salads, served with garlic toast.
Choose from:
- Chicken Caesar: a classic salad, our own caesar dressing with fresh roasted chicken, garnished with croutons and parmesan cheese.
- Popeye's Favourite: Fresh clipped spinach adorned with hard boiled egg slices and crispy bacon decorated with mandarin ornage slices
- Mango-A-Go-Go: Mango and chicken slices married together on a bed of spinach ticked with slivers of roased almond and brought together with our citrus dressing
Party Trays (priced by size)
Small or large platters can be designed for small or large gatherings.
Choose from:
- Wrap Trays: Wraps can be served individually or arranged in platters for larger gatherings.
- Muffin Trays: Fresh baked muffins for that morning meeting.
- Sweet Trays: A delectable assortment of our baked bars and sqaures.
